A redevelopment of the former Larry’s Marina at 2 and 13 Merrimac Street proposing a new elevated restaurant, a two-story marina operations building, parking, boardwalk and stormwater improvements, approved by the Planning Board with conditions on 9/23/2024.

Planning Board approved a wood projecting sign and painted window lettering for Bubble Bar Boston at 39–41 Main Street on August 12, 2024; a building permit is required before installation.

Earthwork and stormwater work at 12–14 South Hunt Road to create two engineered pads (fill up to ~30 ft) coordinated with a proposed 400,000 sf industrial building at 24 South Hunt Road; Planning Board action issued July 10, 2023.

A proposal to convert 4 Field St. from a single‑family into a 2‑family, 2½‑story dwelling (two units with garages) was reviewed by the Zoning Board of Appeals and denied on June 29, 2023.
