The Community Preservation Committee met on April 29, 2026. The committee reviewed FY27 revenue projections provided by the CFO and voted to reserve FY27 Community Preservation Act revenues: three 10% reserves of $59,427 each for Open Space and Recreation, Historic Resources, and Community Housing; 5% ($29,713) for the CPC administrative account; with the remainder placed into the Budgeted Reserve. The FY27 CPA estimated total available for planning was presented as $594,270 (local revenue $518,102; estimated state match $76,167). The authorization motion passed unanimously, 6-0.
The committee also formed a subcommittee to draft a Community Preservation Plan.
