This ordinance reserves portions of the FY2027 estimated Community Preservation Act (CPA) revenues into three required reserve accounts: Open Space and Recreation Reserve, Historic Resources Reserve, and Community Housing Reserve, each equal to 10% of estimated revenues. It also appropriates 5% of FY2027 CPA revenues to the Community Preservation Committee Administrative Account for administrative expenses related to CPA implementation. The remaining balance, $386,275, is placed into the Budgeted Reserve for future CPA projects, to be expended for eligible CPA purposes as approved by the City Council and CPC. This ensures CPA funds are allocated in compliance with state law and preserved for future eligible initiatives.
