Review and discuss how the board can support committee goals including better board time management; creating and tracking DEIJ for fair governance; continued development strategy (giving, community engagement, education); policy organization; finance strategies (cash/investment strategy, grounds redesign budget tracking, financial compliance and audits); and accountability/dashboard metrics.

Discuss location and plans for an external assessment related to the board retreat.
