Board will consider a finance update including votes on capital items (outdoor classroom/gazebo and fencing), vote to engage executive search consultant Kristin Levine, and will hear a search presentation from Kristin Levine.

Discussion and task assignments for multiple fundraising efforts including the Annual Fund, a fall fun run, seasonal fundraisers, and a decision on the golf fundraiser; possible demo/discussion of a community portal. Also includes a Family Alliance update.

Trustees will review the 2026 year in review, discuss proposed bylaws updates, and review metrics, audit items, and dashboard reporting. The committee will also cover new board member onboarding, plan the annual retreat, and confirm the holiday party date.
