I'll make a motion to continue bond release for 24 South Hunt Road until December 8th.

Release the existing erosion control bonds for 14 S Hunt Rd.

Establish a performance bond in the amount and combination of the released erosion control surety and cash bonds for 14 S Hunt Rd.

Release the covenant after the performance bonds are established and recorded.

Convert the current erosion control bond in cash and surety to a performance bond. The covenant can be released upon the establishment of the performance bond; hold the performance bond for 2 growing seasons.
