This order authorizes the Amesbury Fire Department to use the remaining $28,895 balance in the HVAC Replacement Capital Account from the completed School Street Fire Station HVAC replacement project (Council Bill 2025-047) to support floor repairs at the Elm Street Fire Station. Insurance funding will cover most repair costs; however, current estimates show a remaining funding gap. Transferring the balance allows Elm Street Station floor restoration to be completed, returning the station to operational status and reducing the need for further facility improvements at the School Street Station.
