An Order that pursuant to G.L. c. 44B, the Community Preservation Act, the following amounts be reserved from the FY2025 estimated annual revenues of the Community Preservation Fund: $47,224 to the Community Housing Reserve, $47,224 to the Historic Resources Reserve, and $47,224 to the Open Space and Recreation Reserve.
This ordinance reserves 10% of FY2025 estimated Community Preservation Fund revenues into three reserves (Housing, Historic Resources, Open Space) each receiving $47,224, with the remainder placed in the Unreserved Balance for future appropriations. No state matching funds are expected in the first year. Funds stay in their accounts until expended per future council action.

The Amesbury City Council adopts an order under the Community Preservation Act to reserve a portion of FY2025 estimated CPA revenues into three dedicated reserves (Community Housing, Historic Resources, Open Space and Recreation), each receiving $47,224, and to place the remaining revenues into the Unreserved Balance for future appropriation.
