This order authorizes the City to accept a perpetual drainage and utility easement on the property at 130 Market Street (Mill Town Condominiums) as shown on the plan by GA Consultants. The easement supports the drainage of surface water and the installation, maintenance, and operation of water and sewer lines and related infrastructure along the strip from South Hampton Road to Market Street. Mark E. Wojcicki, Trustee of the Mill Town Condominium Trust, grants the easement for a nominal consideration (under $100). The City Council accepts the conveyance and the Mayor is authorized to execute the Acceptance on behalf of the City; the easement will be recorded with the Essex South District Registry of Deeds per the plans.
