Lois Honegger — Disposition Committee

The City of Amesbury authorizes the Mayor to appoint Lois Honegger as an Ad Hoc member of the Disposition Committee to assist with the disposition of the former Trader Allen’s Truck Stop, and to appoint David Frick as a regular member of the same committee. The Disposition Committee oversees the sale or lease of the former truck stop property at 21 Pond View Avenue (Route 150 Extension). These appointments support the city’s ongoing effort to divest a Brownfield site, remediate environmental concerns, remove ongoing maintenance costs, and place the site back on the tax rolls. The appointments become effective after the required 21-day filing period with the City Clerk, and David Frick’s term extends through December 31, 2025.
