Annual Appeal debrief and winter development planning; status update on the annual fund and archive process, planning for the upcoming Read‑A‑Thon (business outreach, staff engagement, committee coordination), and larger Development Plan items (Grandparents Day, alumni outreach, author visits/mystery readers).

Specific action items to support the Read‑A‑Thon and development outreach: refine Read‑A‑Thon communications and dates, reach out to potential sponsors and track communications, coordinate messaging with Jane and the Current, confirm dates with Brook, update Read‑A‑Thon pages, and meet with RVCS staff to increase engagement.
