Application by Neecy Investments LLC (owner of Map 111 Lot 5) for a Special Permit pursuant to Section IX Paragraph B to demolish a pre-existing non-conforming single-family structure and accessory structures on a pre-existing non-conforming lot and construct a new, more conforming single-family structure in a similar footprint at 58 Pleasant Valley Road.
