Virtual City Council Ad Hoc Budget Committee of the Whole Meeting

The Ad Hoc Budget Committee of the Whole met virtually on July 1, 2025. The meeting was called to order at 6:52 PM by Councilor Mandeville; present were Councilors Pamela Gilday, Amanda Haggstrom, Michael Hogg, Jessica Redfern, Anthony Rinaldi, and President Mandeville. Absent were Councilors Claudel Frederique, Nicholas Wheeler, and Steve Stanganelli.

The sole agenda item was approval of prior meeting minutes (May 15, May 20, May 21, May 28, and June 3, 2025). Councilor Rinaldi moved to approve the minutes as presented, Councilor Haggstrom seconded, and the motion passed unanimously 6-0. With no further substantive business or public comment recorded, Councilor Rinaldi moved to adjourn at 6:59 PM; that motion was seconded by Councilor Hogg and passed unanimously 6-0.
