Special City Council Meeting

President Scott Mandeville called the special City Council meeting to order at 6:58 PM. Roll call was taken and present were President Scott Mandeville, Councilor Anthony Rinaldi, Councilor Steven Stanganelli, Councilor Nicholas Wheeler, Councilor Owen Corcoran, Councilor Claudel Frederique, and Councilor Michael Hogg. Councilors Pamela Gilday and Jessica Redfern were absent. City Clerk Jennifer Smith and Assistant City Clerk Jess Manning were also present.

The Council considered the warrant for the September 3, 2024 State Primary Election. President Mandeville read the warrant; Councilor Steven Stanganelli moved to approve the Election Warrant, the motion was seconded by Councilor Michael Hogg and passed unanimously by roll call (7-0). A motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Steven Stanganelli, seconded by Councilor Owen Corcoran, and approved unanimously at 7:01 PM. No substantive discussion, public hearings, or public comments are recorded in the minutes.
