12 & 14 S Hunt Rd - Certificate of Compliance

This file is a request for a Final Certificate of Compliance under Order of Conditions DEP # NE-002-1299 for work completed at 12 and 14 South Hunt Road. Kelly Engineering Group submitted a Site As‑Built Plan (last revised October 22, 2026; digitally signed October 23, 2026) and WPA Form 8A, and a letter dated October 21, 2026 requesting issuance of the Final CoC. The as‑built plan documents the existing building footprints, property boundaries, grading/contour lines, parking and circulation areas, landscaping, and utility/structure annotations.

A Partial Certificate of Compliance had been issued earlier; two items remained open at that time — allowing two growing seasons for vegetation to establish and final placement of a monument sign at 14 South Hunt Road. A site walk with the applicant and the Conservation Agent found landscaping generally well established, replacement trees planted where identified, and the monument sign shown on the as‑built plan. The matter is on the Conservation Commission agenda for consideration of the Final Certificate of Compliance.
