ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS

This order authorizes Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid and Verizon New England, Inc. to relocate Pole 4 on Lake Attitash Road, Amesbury, approximately 10 feet west, to address deterioration and proximity to the retaining wall at 83 Lake Attitash Road. It also grants joint or identical locations for erecting and maintaining poles and wires along Lake Attitash Road, requires poles to be sound timber and at least 20 feet above ground, and permits underground laterals with reserved space on each pole for municipal signals. The order follows notice and a public hearing and establishes the terms under which the poles and wires may be placed and maintained in the public way.
