This ordinance approves an internal budget transfer of $100,000 from Sewer Retained Earnings to the Sewer/Stormwater Enterprise Fund Pipe & Drain Replacement to fund emergency repairs to the Arch Brook Culvert. The Arch Brook Culvert is used for water supply and drainage in the Meadow Brook Pond watershed feeding into the Powwow River. Current Sewer Retained Earnings balance is $1,728,037.
The funding supports critical infrastructure to maintain service reliability and watershed management for residents and businesses that rely on the sewer and stormwater systems.
