Special City Council Virtual Meeting

The Special City Council meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM by President Jessica Redfern. Present were Councilors Pamela Gilday, Michael Hogg, Scott Mandeville, Maryann Welch, and President Redfern; four councilors were absent. City Clerk Jennifer E. Smith was also present.

The sole substantive action recorded was a motion by Councilor Gilday, seconded by Councilor Mandeville, to approve the establishment of an Ad Hoc Budget Committee of the Whole; the motion passed unanimously, 5-0. No substantive discussion or public comment is recorded in the minutes. The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 PM following a unanimous motion to adjourn.
