**Amended** Community Preservation Committee Meeting

The Community Preservation Committee met on March 25, 2026. After administrative items and member updates (including the announcement of a new member and volunteer for taking minutes), the meeting centered on progressing the Community Preservation Plan. Members reviewed a staff report from Howard Snyder, discussed timelines, public outreach, and application procedures, and compared approaches used by other communities (notably Newburyport and Gloucester).
