Public-safety and operational concerns were raised throughout: committee members asked for verification with Public Works about the existing 4-inch cast-iron waterline and plowing operations, the police chief said he wanted input from the fire chief on rear access for apparatus, and committee members said a police detail would be required for any sidewalk closure. The committee asked the applicants to revise and clean up the exhibit to show deliveries, parking laydown, and detailed sidewalk-closure procedures (including hours and required police detail) and to return at the next meeting to finalize the CMMP. The meeting was adjourned at 10:07 am.
