Board of Assessors Meeting

The Board of Assessors met on July 15, 2025, at 5:30 PM in the City Hall Auditorium with members Emily Behn and Thatcher Kezer and Assistant Assessor Bruce Collins present. After opening the meeting, the Board reviewed and approved the May 20, 2025 open session minutes and reviewed motor vehicle excise abatement reports covering May 21–30, June 1–12, June 13–30, and July 1–15, 2025; the Board voted to accept those abatement reports. There was no public comment.

The Board voted unanimously to enter Executive Session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 2(f) to review executive minutes and under Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), Purpose 7 to discuss non-public records; they adjourned the Executive Session and reconvened the Open Session before adjourning the meeting at 6:01 PM. The next meeting was scheduled for August 12, 2025 at 5:30 PM.
