Liquor License Commission Meeting
Public hearing and expected vote on a new all‑alcohol Section 12 liquor license application from 31 Main, Inc.
The Liquor License Commission met on Monday, June 9. The sole substantive item was a public hearing on an application by 31 Main, Inc. (DBA NuNaMi Bistro) for a new Section 12 All Alcohol license for the location at 31 Main Street. Applicants and their agents attended; the commission confirmed that abutter notices were mailed and a legal ad ran, and no correspondence from abutters or interested parties was received in advance.
Following brief discussion — during which commissioners asked about the applicants' other restaurant and were told the owners operate a licensed restaurant in Exeter, NH — the commission voted to approve the liquor license. The approval included a notation to be added to the LLC certification that outdoor dining is subject to seasonal approval and will require a separate application once the liquor license is granted. No members of the public offered comment at the meeting.
