Liquor License Commission Meeting
Approved seasonal outdoor dining extensions for Brewery Silvaticus (608 sq ft, on-street, May 1–Nov 1, 2025) and Market Square Bakehouse (340 sq ft, off-street, May 1–Nov 1, 2025); Barking Dog (120 sq ft) received a conditional approval pending the mayor’s letter of approval.
The Liquor License Commission met on April 29, 2025. The meeting focused on review and decisions on three outdoor dining applications. Brewery Silvaticus (608 sq ft, on-street with jersey barriers) and Market Square Bakehouse (340 sq ft, off-street using corrals) were each approved to extend their licensed areas to include outdoor dining for the seasonal period May 1–November 1, 2025. Both applications had Technical Review Committee approval and letters of approval from the mayor.
Barking Dog's application (120 sq ft, off-street with barriers) was conditionally approved for the same seasonal dates; the commission's approval was contingent on receipt of the mayor's letter of approval, which had not yet been submitted. There were no public comments and no substantive discussion or questions from commissioners about the proposals. The meeting concluded with the scheduling of the next meeting and adjournment at 6:27 pm.
