Board of Assessors Meeting

The Board of Assessors met on March 11, 2025. The meeting opened at 5:32 p.m.; members present included Emily Behn, Crystal Hall, Thatcher Kezer, Chief Assessor Diana Caswell, and Assistant Assessor Bruce Collins. The board reviewed and approved the February 11, 2025 open-session minutes, and then reviewed motor-vehicle and boat excise abatement reports. Motions to accept the motor-vehicle abatement reports for the periods February 11–25, February 26–28, and March 1–11, 2025, and to accept the boat abatement reports for February 12–22, 2025, were made and passed unanimously.

There was no public comment. The board voted to enter Executive Session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 2(f) to review executive minutes and under Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), Purpose 7 to discuss non-public records; the board reconvened to open session at 7:13 p.m. With no further business, the board adjourned at 7:14 p.m. The next meeting was scheduled for March 25, 2025.
