Liquor License Commission Meeting
Approved the Union Saint Jean Club of Amesbury's application to change its manager and to change its officers/directors.
At its January 28, 2025 meeting, the Liquor License Commission considered an application from the Union Saint Jean Club of Amesbury seeking multiple amendments to its license, specifically a change of manager and a change of officers/directors. Both commission members present reviewed the submitted Application for Change of Manager and Application for Change of Officers/Directors (filed 1/14/2025), and there was no public comment on the item.
A motion to approve the multiple amendments as submitted was made by Derek Balaam, seconded by John Kirton, and passed unanimously. The commission also signed the Licensing Authority Certification form to accompany the application to the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC). No substantive debate or additional conditions were recorded in the minutes.
