Planning and Development Subcommittee Meeting

The Planning & Development Subcommittee met on February 21, 2024. Councilor Owen Corcoran was nominated and appointed Chair (motion passed unanimously 2-0); Councilor Michael Hogg was absent but noted as supportive. Councilor Mandeville passed the gavel to Chairman Corcoran and indicated a Vice Chair appointment was not necessary.

The committee deferred consideration of the 2024 meeting schedule — Councilor Mandeville proposed moving meetings from the third Wednesday to the third Thursday pending consultation with Councilor Hogg, and moved to table the schedule (motion passed unanimously 2-0). The minutes from December 20, 2023 were also tabled to the next meeting (motion passed unanimously 2-0). There were no communications, no public comment, and the meeting adjourned at 7:05 PM (motion to adjourn passed unanimously 2-0).
