Board of Assessors Meeting

The Board of Assessors met on June 2, 2026. Attending were Emily Behn, Crystal Hall, and Assistant Assessor Bruce Collins. The Board reviewed and unanimously approved the Open Session minutes from April 21, 2026. The Board reviewed and unanimously accepted the Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement packet and the Boat Excise Abatement packet for May 1–31, 2026, and accepted Motor Vehicle Excise Tax Warrant Books 2024-8, 2025-7, 2025-8, and 2026-2. There was no public comment.

The Board entered Executive Session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 2(f) to review executive minutes and under Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), Purpose 7 to discuss non-public records; the Executive Session began at 5:43 p.m. The Board reconvened to Open Session at 6:42 p.m. and, having no further business, unanimously voted to adjourn at 6:43 p.m. The minutes were prepared and submitted by Bruce Collins on June 3, 2026.
