Board of Assessors Meeting
The board will review and sign approved exemption and personal property abatement packets and will consider approval or denial of real estate abatement applications.
The Board of Assessors met on April 21, 2026, with Members Emily Behn and Crystal Hall, Thatcher Kezer, and Assistant Assessor Bruce Collins present. The Board opened the meeting, approved the Open Session minutes from April 7, 2026, and reviewed and accepted the Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement Reports covering April 8–30, 2026. There was no public comment during the meeting.
The Board voted to enter Executive Session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 2(f) to review executive minutes and under Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), Purpose 7 to discuss non-public records; the Board announced it had entered Executive Session at 5:34 p.m., reconvened Open Session and closed Executive Session at 7:19 p.m., and then adjourned. No substantive policy debates, public hearings, project approvals, ordinance actions, or appointments were recorded in the Open Session minutes.
