The Amesbury Affordable Housing Trust met March 11, 2026. Trustees approved prior meeting minutes, heard the financial report (operating account balance reported as $294,932.28), and reviewed fund balances. There was no public comment or external communications reported; the meeting adjourned at 6:15 PM.
The Trust received a presentation from Judi Barrett of Barrett Planning Group on financial planning and consulting needs, and trustees discussed opportunities and the potential scope of the Trust’s community impact, with further discussion to continue as Trust resources improve. The Emergency Rehab Note Program update noted a previously-approved $25,000 earmark (plus $1,000 for expenses) and reported one household’s hot water tank replacement completed using those funds. The Rental Subsidy Program with Greater Lawrence Community Action Council had no update.
