The Open Space, Natural Resources, and Trails Committee met on August 27, 2025, and focused primarily on referral items concerning 24 S. Hampton Road (formerly AES). Members discussed the disposition of the parcel’s non-residential portion and its value for open space, recreation, fields, playgrounds, and trail connections.
