Board of Assessors Meeting

The Board of Assessors met (record header: August 12, 2025 at 5:30pm) with members Emily Behn, Thatcher Kezer, Crystal Hall and Assistant Assessor Bruce Collins present. The meeting was opened at 5:36pm and the Board unanimously approved the prior open-session minutes. The Board reviewed and unanimously accepted the Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement Reports covering July 16–31, 2025 and August 1–12, 2025. No public comment was received.

The Board voted unanimously to enter Executive Session under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 21(a) Purpose 7 to review executive minutes and to discuss non-public records; the minutes record the Board entering Executive Session at 5:40pm and reconvening the Open Session at 6:26pm. With no further business, the Board unanimously voted to adjourn at 6:27pm. The minutes note the next meeting is set for September 16, 2025 at 5:30pm.
