Board of Assessors Meeting

The Board of Assessors met on May 20, 2025. Present were members Emily Behn, Crystal Hall, Thatcher Kezer, and Assistant Assessor Bruce Collins. The Board voted unanimously to approve the April 15, 2025 open session minutes. Members also unanimously approved the second Motor Vehicle Excise Warrant Book for 2025 and accepted Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement Reports covering April 16–30, May 1–12, and May 13–20, 2025, as well as a Boat Abatement Report for April 1–30, 2025.

There was no public comment. The Board voted unanimously to enter Executive Session under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 2(f) to review executive minutes and Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), Purpose 7 to discuss non-public records; the Board reconvened to open session and adjourned at 6:20 p.m. The next meeting was scheduled for June 17, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.
