Board of Assessors Meeting

The Board of Assessors met on April 15, 2025. Members present were Emily Behn, Crystal Hall, Thatcher Kezer, and Assistant Assessor Bruce Collins. The Board opened the meeting, reviewed and approved the Open Session minutes from March 25, 2025, and reviewed Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement Reports for April 1–15, 2025, which were accepted as presented. There were no public comments.

The Board voted to enter Executive Session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 2(f) to review executive minutes and under Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), Purpose 7 to discuss non-public records; the Executive Session was called at 5:37pm and the Board reconvened Open Session at 6:58pm. With no further business, the Board adjourned the Open Session at 6:59pm. The next meeting was scheduled for May 13, 2025.
