Board of Assessors Meeting

The Board of Assessors met on January 14, 2025. The meeting opened with routine procedural actions and the board reviewed administrative assessment items. Members reviewed and voted to accept the Motor Vehicle Abatement Reports for January 1–13, 2025, and separately accepted Motor Vehicle Abatement Reversals from December 18, 2024. The board was also presented with various 2025 warrants (Real Estate, Motor Vehicle, Personal Property, Community Preservation Act, Water and Sewer).

There was no public comment. The board voted unanimously to enter Executive Session under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A to review executive minutes and to discuss non-public records, then reconvened to open session and adjourned. The next meeting was scheduled for February 11, 2025.
