Board of Assessors Meeting

The Board of Assessors met on April 4, 2024. After opening the meeting, the board tabled consideration of the March 14, 2024 open meeting minutes until the next meeting when the full board will be present. The board reviewed and unanimously accepted Motor Vehicle Abatement Reports covering March 15-18, March 19-29, and April 1-4, 2024, and also unanimously accepted Boat Abatement Reports for March 15-29, 2024. There were no public comments.

The board voted unanimously to enter Executive Session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 2(f) to review executive minutes and under Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), Purpose 7 to discuss non-public records; they reconvened to open session later in the evening. With no further business, the board adjourned. The next meeting was scheduled for May 9, 2024.
